How we work

Nine principles we follow on every project and the steps each project goes through.

Our working principles

  1. Code review on every task

Another developer reviews every change before it's merged.

  2. One manager per project

One person keeps you informed and answers your questions for the whole project.

  3. Estimate and scope before work starts

You agree on both before we begin, with no hidden charges.

  4. Weekly report

Every week you get a short report: what was done, what comes next and what the risks are.

  5. A demo every two weeks

You see the working product, with everything built since the last demo.

  6. Automated tests and CI on every project

Tests run automatically on every change, so we catch bugs early.

  7. NDA before we discuss details

We sign an NDA before you share the details of your project.

  8. Your accounts and data stay with the project team

Credentials and data are available only to the people working on your project.

  9. Bug-fix warranty after handover

If bugs turn up during the warranty period, we fix them.
